Made By Nike

Let's discuss gym wear. I won't deny, that during my college days, I would unashamedly wear hand-me-down race T-shirts and unflattering sweats with some logo emblazoned on my derriere. Yet in the past few years, I found the gym to be one of my favorite places to showcase my style. Between 10 hour work days, commuting between Brooklyn and Manhattan and shuffling life in between, it seems like it's the only place to express who I am.

After my experience with the Nike Women's Marathon, I've been a devoted Nike addict. After stumbling across their Tumblr, my obsession has been taken to new heights.  When it comes to style, Nike can do no wrong, and their latest sportswear collection is no different. I would love to sport these pieces in the gym. Cut out tights to showcase your killer calves? Poncho print wind breakers? Slimline sneakers? I want it all.

  1. These looks make me want to go to the gym! And that is saying something, ha ha....

  2. I am a big believer in feeling good about how I look when I am at the gym--- I swear that it makes me more productive! And these Nike finds are fantastic!

  3. Great post :) I've been irritated all morning about an influx of the "I don't go to the gym to look cute, I go to work out" posts and instagrams. Look good, feel good, play even better.
Keep on 'struttin it at the gym girl!

  4. Funnily enough I got into the idea of cool and coloured gym gear when I was in Taiwan picking up some stuff to exercise there. Cannot wait to buy a pair of Nike Frees though. I think it will be liberating!

  5. I totally agree with you, I never really saw sportswear as trendy, but recently a bunch of sportswear designers have upped their game and made cute gear a new incentive to work out! I'm forever a fan of Nike. Thanks for sharing! There's a new post up on my blog and I'd love to hear what you think of it, so feel free to stop by!

  6. Admission: I rock the Nike shorts and college T-shirts. I get really jealous of cute workout clothes, though, so maybe it's time to invest!
