With NY Fashion Week wrapped up, I've been reflecting on all the inspiring pieces shown on the runway, and already assembling my inspiration board for next spring. I had the opportunity to be an assistant dresser for the Jen Kao show, and loved seeing her spring collection in person - from the crochet dresses to the rad shorts and leather satchels, it is a truly inspiration line.  The use of unique textiles from Proenza Schouler, Geometric pieces from Phillip Lim and Aledanxer Wang and lacy dresses from Jenny Packham and Theyskens' Theory really spoke to me. What are your fav looks from NYFW? I've assembled a few of mine below, boyfriend take note please...

Eel Skin from PS and Space Age 80's Gear from Jen Kao - need I say more?

Feminine Pastels with a Geometric Twist from 3.1Phillip Lim and Alexander Wang? I'll take one of everything

Feminine dresses in floral themes will certainly find a home in my wardrobe. Love the lacey pieces from Theyskens' Theory and Jenny Packham.

  1. I am really really bummed that I didn't get to see the Jenny Packham and Alexander Wang shows.... and of course I am bummed I didn't get to see you!  Such an INSANE week, we will have to do it next time!

  2. Loved Proenza  - thanks for the summation x
