Amsterdam After Dark

With our jet lag catching up to us, Stephen and I napped for a few hours when we arrived in Amsterdam, only to awake refreshed and ready to paint the town red. Did you know Amsterdam is known for their delicious Indonesian food? I didn't either, but being a former Dutch colony founded by the Dutch East India Trading Company, it makes sense! If you ever find yourself in Amsterdam - be sure to check out Kantjil & de Tijger for some delicious grub (and avoid Herring sandwiches!). After satiating our appetites, we traversed the empty streets before posting up at a local cafe (NOT coffee shop) for digestifs. Our low-key date evening was the perfect excuse to strap on my new Prada wedges, wear my ever faithful J.Crew blazer and favorite Rag & Bone shorts.

  2. I actually have a friend of Amsterdam.  His father is Dutch and his mother is Indonesian.  It kind of reminds me of how you can get fantastic Indian food in London...

Anyways, I want to steal your shoes.  Seriously.  Steal.
