A Rosey Hue

Last night I was fortunate enough to attend the launch of Courvoisier Rosé - a congac/red wine blend - at the Gansevoort Hotel with my good friend Sydney of Crepes of Wrath. If you haven't heard of the new Courvoisier liquer, I highly recommend asking for a mango mojito a la Courvoisier Rosé the next time you are out on the town. The muddled concoction is the perfect recipe for a refreshing summer. More details on the launch party to follow!
