With hurt feelings from my favorite Boot Camp class disappearing at Equinox, I'd been apprehensive about trying the new ViPR class. On Thursday night, I bit the bullet and tried out their newest addition to the Brooklyn Heights Club. The giant tube is intimidating, but don't let the handles and size sway you, this class is a great way to whip into shape... FAST.

After my marathon, it's been hard trying to be inspired to work out again. Despite the post race crash, I need to stick to my routine, and going to classes is a great way to stay motivated. My instructor's high energy made the different, squats, presses and various aerobic-strength training combo moves more bearable.
