Working Girl Om

I was perusing my favorite workout guru's web page, Kim Fowler, of my highly praised YAS in Venice, CA, and ran across this great mini pose write up in Self.

I definitely plan on trying a few of these as I sit chained to my desk, answering phones. The best way to stay healthy as a runner is to stretch and stay hydrated, and what better way to do these things than while multitasking?

Kim is clearly a girl after my own heart - she even posted a "runner's yoga" how to for the LA Marathon runners!
