Big News!

Over the past few weeks in my new work out regiment, I've found it difficult to stay motivated and keep track of everything I've been doing. While I used to find it laughable that people kept workout diaries, I decided I ought to try it out myself. I've started keeping more of a work out calendar log to keep track of the workouts I've done on a weekly basis as well as keep track of my weekly running mileage.

Did I mention I signed up for the LA Marathon? An even better reason to keep track of my workouts - so I can stay on pace and work my mileage up over the next 5 months. What a better way to visit my old home than by touring the entire city on foot for a few hours? I'm going to start keeping a countdown and keep you posted on my workout log - it's so hard to stay on here and update you on new workouts, my apologies!
